Trustees

1. Attends Trustee Diocesan Training upon election to first office of Trustee. This is not optional.

2. Attends all executive committee and membership meetings

3. Oversees the financial business of the council in concert with the Financial Secretary and the Treasurer

4. Reviews the bills submitted at the meetings and recommend that they be paid, clarified or denied

5. Periodically meets with the Treasurer, Financial Secretary, and Grand Knight to review the financial status of the council

6. Conducts the semi annual audit

7. Attends as many council functions as possible


8. Attends all District and Diocesan Meetings and training sessions and promotes the active attendance at same to fellow officers and council directors
